For those of you who are planning a trip to Taman Negara, we have a 3 day 2 night outdoor adventure program for you. Taman Negara is famed for being the world’s oldest tropical rainforest. The rainforest is home to a diverse range of wild animals, from the Asian elephant and Sumatran Rhino to the Malayan tiger and crab-eating macaque. The area is so huge that there are still some parts which are unexplored.

The highlight of this particular package is the location. It is located at the Taman Negara Sungai Relau which is another entrance to the world famous Taman Negara. If people were to ask us what is the difference of this place if compared to Taman Negara Kuala Tahan, the most distinct difference is there are definitely a lot less people here. If you enjoy a calm and peaceful surrounding, then this place is perfect for you.

There is no built-up of chalets, rest houses and backpackers at every nook and cranny, no tour operators fighting for your attention.. just what a real National Park is supposed to be. Our packages are even suitable for 2 people based on independent travel.

Day 1
1700hrs – Guests arrive in Merapoh.
1930hrs – Registration for all guests followed by dinner.
2030hrs – Cave talk & briefing on the program for the following day.

Day 2
0730hrs – Breakfast is served.
0900hrs – 1600hrs – FULL DAY GUA HARI MALAYSIA ADVENTURE RIVER CAVING EXPERIENCE
Your package includes 4WD Ride | Jungle & River Trekking | Botanic Sightings : The smallest Rafflesia Species in the world | Adventure River Caves Exploration : Trekking+Climbing+Crawling+Abseiling+Swimming | Packed lunch is provided  1700hrs – Return to your accommodation.
2030hrs – Dinner is served. Remainder of the night is at leisure.

Day 3
0730hrs – Breakfast
0830hrs – KELAH SANCTUARY
This will include 4WD Ride to Kuala Juram | Kelah Fish Feeding Session
1100hrs – Return to accommodations. Check out.

How to get from Kuala Lumpur to Merapoh

For those intending to use public transportation, there are 2 ways to get to Merapoh from Kuala Lumpur. First, there is the express bus. You can use Malaysia Thai Express which travels the Kuala Lumpur – Kota Bharu route. Tickets can be purchased from the Bandar Tasik Selatan bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur. Take the 8.00am departure from Kuala Lumpur and you will arrive in Merapoh at about 1.30pm on the same day. Do tell the driver that you wish to be dropped off in Merapoh. If you have booked the package with us, we can arrange to pick you up and bring you over to the park.

Second, if you wish to take the train, we would recommend that you take the night train from Kuala Lumpur (departing from KL Sentral) to Gua Musang. The train leaves KL Sentral at 9.30pm and you will arrive in Gua Musang at 6.30am the following morning. We can arrange to pick you up from Gua Musang to bring you to the park. The road journey will take about 30 minutes. Transportation from the pick-up location to the park is not included in the price of the package. Let us know if you require this service and the cost will be informed at the time of booking.
